Our SMS program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3.7 Carrier Disclaimer and Liability
Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular, are not liable for any delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Floors To You OKC, LLC is not liable for any failures, delays, or errors in the transmission or delivery of messages, nor for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the SMS service.
